Finding for improving the porgram, I made deep changes in the Installer.

* First, I'll replace the site.ini file by a PHP file containing all the configuration variables.

* Second, I has been added the Site ID, that is intended to have multiple installations. Contents and Templates will be stored in their own directory with the Site ID, and the Libraries will be stroed in common directories.

I'll publish the new version with these changes soon. If you want to migrate to the new version, please read the Documentation. All of your published content (sections, entries, galleries, etc) will be intact, because the changes will affect only the place of the configuration and library directories, and the site variables configuration format.
